Come funziona la soluzione
Attraverso una App fornita da Omnio Europe, infatti, il Comune ha la possibilità di caricare l’elenco dei beneficiari, gli importi da assegnare e l’elenco dei negozi convenzionati presso i quali sarà possibile utilizzare i Buoni Spesa Covid-19 e/o Buoni Libri.
In modo del tutto automatico, la soluzione Omnio Europe invierà i Buoni Spesa Covid-19 e/o Buoni Libri direttamente sul telefono del Cittadino (via sms).
Il Beneficiario, una volta ricevuto il Buono Spesa, si reca presso uno dei negozi convenzionati, mostra il Buono Spesa Covid-19 e/o Buono Libri al cassiere, il quale effettua tutte le operazioni di validazione e accettazione del Buono mediante l’App Buono Spesa Omnio Europe, installata sul proprio Smartphone o Tablet.
Il Comune e gli esercenti mediante l’App hanno anche la possibilità di visionare lo stato di utilizzo e di accettazione dei Buoni Spesa, e di disporre di tutta la documentazione necessaria per effettuare la regolazione dei pagamenti Comune-Esercizio Commerciale.

A unique and non-invasive proposal, with no need for hardware or software integration, and safe and fraud-proof because every voucher is verified in real-time and validated by the Omnio Europe system before being accepted by the store.
How the solution works
Through an App provided by Omnio Europe, the City can upload the list of beneficiaries, the amounts to be allocated, and the list of shops with which you can use the Covid-19 Shopping Vouchers and/or Book Vouchers.
Fully automatically, the Omnio Europe solution will send the Covid-19 Shopping Vouchers and/or Book Vouchers directly to the Citizen’s phone (by text message).
The Beneficiary once they receive the Voucher, goes to one of the affiliated shops, shows the Covid-19 Voucher and/or Book Voucher to the cashier, who performs all the validation and acceptance of the Voucher through the Omnio Europe Voucher App, installs on your Smartphone or Tablet.
The Municipality and the merchants through the App also can view the state of use and acceptance of the Expense Vouchers and have all the documentation necessary to make the regulation of payments Common-Commercial Operation.
