INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”), this information notice is provided to data subjects who provide their personal data for the contact center activity related to the services offered by the my Visa program.

1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data collected (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail) will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Management of communications within the scope of the my Visa program activity;
- Direct contact with the user for the provision of services предусмотренных (provided for) by the my Visa program;
- Responding to any requests for information or support from the user.
By providing their personal data, the user declares that they have read the Information on the Processing of Personal Data and consents to their use exclusively for the purposes indicated. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Data Controller.
2. PROCESSING METHODS
The data will be processed using electronic and paper-based tools, in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of the data subject’s confidentiality. Appropriate security measures will be adopted to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or illicit use of the data.
3. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
The provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide the requested data may prevent our team from contacting you for the aforementioned purposes.
4. DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data will not be disseminated or disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided for by law or to fulfill contractual obligations with external parties who collaborate in the realization of the project (e.g., technical or support service providers), who will act as data processors.
5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, no longer than 6 months from their acquisition, unless legal obligations impose a longer retention period.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the right to:
- Access their personal data;
- Request the rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
- Object to the processing in the cases provided for by law;
- Withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
