Volagratis si è rivolta ad Omnio Europe per incrementare la distribuzione delle Gift Card Digitali, pacchetti composti da volo + hotel, per i seguenti tagli: 50€, 100€, 150€ e 200€, all’interno di un network di punti vendita fisici. L’obiettivo è incrementare i canali di distribuzione ed il relativo target, per rivolgersi anche a consumatori che solitamente non effettuano acquisti online, consentendo anche il pagamento in contanti.

Grazie alla partnership con Mooney, Omnio Europe ha offerto al Brand un servizio chiavi in mano per la distribuzione e la vendita delle Gift Card all’interno del circuito, ad oggi composto da una rete di oltre 45.000 punti vendita come bar, tabaccherie ed edicole. Omnio Europe ha seguito per Volagratis l’intero ciclo di vendita dei prodotti digitali, come: 

• la stesura e chiusura del contratto;
• la verifica su fattibilità e tempi di realizzazione;
• la configurazione, il testing e l’attivazione dei codici digitali a seguito dell’avvenuto pagamento;
• il reporting ed analisi dei dati di vendita.

Con l’innovativo sistema tecnologico di Omnio Europe il cliente completa il pagamento in cassa di un abbonamento Volagratis, all’interno di uno dei punti vendita aderenti al circuito Mooney. Dopo aver completato l’acquisto, il cliente riceve il codice alfanumerico (cosiddetto PIN) direttamente sullo scontrino di acquisto, insieme alla modalità, termini e condizioni di utilizzo.

Volagratis contacted Omnio Europe to increase the distribution of Digital Gift Cards, packages consisting of flight + hotel, for the following denominations: €50, €100, €150, and €200, within a network of physical points of sale. Thanks to the partnership with Mooney, Omnio Europe offered a fast and reliable service for the digital distribution of Gift Cards within the circuit, which today consists of a network of over 45,000 stores such as bars, tobacco shops, and newsagents. Omnio Europe followed Volagratis along the entire distribution cycle of digital products, such as: 

• the drafting and closure of the contract;
• verification of feasibility and timing;
• the configuration, testing, and activation of digital codes;
• reporting and analysis of sales data.

The customer completes the payment of a Volagratis Gift Card, in one of the points of sale adherent to the Mooney network. Thanks to Omnio Europe’s innovative technological system, the customer receives the alphanumeric code (so-called PIN) directly on the receipt of purchase, together with the activation instructions, and terms and conditions of use.
