[:it]Anche quest’anno si è tenuto il Domec Day (D-Day), evento abituale per Domec, il cui obiettivo principale è quello di offrire ai dipendenti un momento di condivisione, formazione, confronto e partecipazione, sia per i temi riferiti agli obiettivi aziendali, sia per quanto riguarda quelli relativi ai rapporti interpersonali.
Per l’evento, dopo due anni di blocco a causa dell’emergenza Covid-19, si è avuto modo di spostare dal 23 al 25 Marzo 2022 le attività operative di Domec nella splendida cornice di Paciano, un grazioso borgo medievale in provincia di Perugia, a cavallo fra la Toscana e l’Umbria e incluso fra i Migliori Borghi d’Italia.
D-Day Spring 2022
Una volta raggiunto in pullman Paciano, i dipendenti sono stati sistemati in due casali settecenteschi, appartenenti al comprensorio Fontanaro, Fonte Cicerum e Brunello, dotati di terrazze panoramiche e piscine a sfioro, che affacciano su suggestivi oliveti umbri.
Le giornate, che comunque sono state strutturate in modo da garantire la continuità degli impegni di natura operativa, sono state vissute all’insegna dell’esperienza dello Slow Living tipica della Valdichiana, che si caratterizza per la tranquillità della location unita all’elevata qualità culinaria.
A tal proposito, a preparare i pranzi e le cene per tutta la durata dell’evento è stato contattato il personal chef Nicolò Duchini che, insieme al suo staff, si è occupato di garantire piatti di massima qualità a tutti i nostri dipendenti, ideando dei menu esclusivi a seconda di ogni esigenza.
Ad accompagnare le pietanze, il ricercato Olio Fonte della Pace, offerto dallo staff del Fontanaro, che si occupa della produzione fino all’imbottigliamento dello stesso.
La cena finale è stata consumata presso la splendida cornice offerta dal ristorante e boutique hotel Rastrello, situato al centro di Panicale, un pacifico paesino confinante con Paciano.
Durante il pomeriggio della prima giornata e la mattina del secondo giorno, i dipendenti, divisi in gruppi da 4 membri ciascuno, sono stati invitati a partecipare ad attività di svago volte a migliorare il Team building.
Le attività svolte e i team creati sono stati studiati in modo da andare a sviluppare le relazioni fra i membri e mettere insieme le diverse competenze delle varie aree operative.
Al termine delle prove sono stati distribuiti diversi gadget targati Domec, come felpe, magliette e borracce, mentre il gruppo vincitore si è aggiudicato, come premio aggiuntivo, degli smartwatch Android di ultima generazione.
Al termine del secondo giorno, si è svolta la votazione, da parte degli altri colleghi, del nostro Employee of the Year, che si è distinto in particolar modo per la sua professionalità, dedizione alla causa e serietà.
Durante le giornate passate in Umbria il gruppo ha avuto modo di discutere riguardo i nuovi obiettivi aziendali insieme al CEO Antonio Sorrentino, che ha motivato la squadra a continuare nel lavoro di crescita costante che sta interessando Domec.
Iniziative come questa, diventata ormai una piacevole abitudine, aiutano a rafforzare lo spirito del gruppo e i legami fra i vari dipendenti, ma soprattutto a prepararsi ad affrontare con maggiore energia le prossime sfide e gli obiettivi che Domec si è posta di raggiungere nel corso dei prossimi mesi.

[:en]Also this year was held the Domec Day (D-Day), an habitual event for Domec, whose main objective is to offer employees a moment of sharing, training and participation, for issues related both to business objectives and to interpersonal relationships.
For the event, after two years of in-house Company Days due to the emergency Covid-19, we had the opportunity from 23 to 25 March 2022 to move the operational activities of Domec in the beautiful town of Paciano, a pretty medieval village in the province of Perugia, straddling Tuscany and Umbria and included among the Best villages in Italy.

Once reached Paciano by bus, the employees were accommodated in two eighteenth-century villas, Fonte Cicerum and Brunello, belonging to the resort Fontanaro, with panoramic terraces and infinity pools, overlooking beautiful Umbrian olive groves.
The days, however, have been structured in order to ensure the continuity of operational commitments, but they have been lived in the name of the experience of Slow Living typical of the Valdichiana, which is characterized by the tranquility of the location combined with the high culinary quality.
In this regard, to prepare lunches and dinners for the duration of the event was contacted the famous Italian personal chef Nicolò Duchini that, along with his staff, has taken care to ensure top quality food to all our employees, creating exclusive menus according to every need.
To accompany the dishes, the sophisticated Fonte della Pace Oil, offered by the staff of Fontanaro, which deals with the production until the bottling of the same.
The final dinner was consumed at the beautiful setting offered by the restaurant and boutique hotel Rastrello, located in the center of font color=”blue”>Panicale, a quiet village near Paciano.
During the afternoon of the first day and the morning of the second day, the employees, divided into groups of 4 members each, were invited to participate in funny activities aimed to improve the Team building.
The activities carried out and the teams created have been designed in order to develop the relationships between the members and to put together the different skills of the Company operating areas.
At the end of the activities were distributed several gadgets branded Domec, such as sweatshirts, T-shirts and water bottles, while the winning group was awarded, as an additional prize, latest generation Android smartwatches.
At the end of the second day there was the vote, by other colleagues, of our Employee of the Year, which stood out in particular for its professionalism, dedication and seriousness.
During the days spent in Umbria, the group had the opportunity to discuss the new business objectives together with the CEO Antonio Sorrentino, which motivated the team to continue the work of constant growth that is affecting Domec.
Pleasant habits like this help to boost the spirit of the group and to strengthen the ties between the various employees, but above all to prepare to face with more energy the next challenges and the objectives that Domec has set itself to achieve in the coming months.
